Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders of £150 or more. Shipping costs for smaller orders will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

You may request an order cancellation before it has been dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will need to follow our standard return process.

You can request a return within seven days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
