Refund & Return Policy – Khugloble Trading

At KhuGlobalTrading, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
The item must not show signs of use, damage, or alteration caused by the customer.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not accept returns for:

Used bed sheets
Used towels
Used kids towels
Products that have been washed after delivery
Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

A damaged item
A defective product
An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
